The self-induced insanity of abusive, negligent and murderous women seems to be used as a legal defense by these women to gain a vast amount of impunity for their actions, however the validity of their claims are often ignored by the state and they're declared as innocent victims of mental illness. The accusation of innocence via temporary insanity by abusive, negligent and murderous women is rarely verified by objective evidence, and seems to be dependent upon the subjective opinions of Feminist Psychologists and other persons who possess a degree within the field of psychology.
The declaration of innocence via temporary insanity is a very inconclusive defense, as the state of a woman's sanity is most likely derived from her livelihood and lifestyle, therefore even if her accusation is true - it does not prove her to be the innocent party, as the self-induced insanity could merely be a derivation of her attitude and lifestyle.
The malicious behaviour of women who mutilate the genitalia of their adulterous spouses is usually considered a form of temporary insanity by the majority of the populace, however the true source of the actions are rarely examined. The defense of stating that the women were justified in performing the act due to the infidelity of their husbands is a logical fallacy, as it does not refute the fact that the men may have endured a barrage of emotional abuse and neglect from their spouses, which may have led to them looking for approval and attention from other sources. While the duration of emotional abuse and neglect from a woman does not validate the adulterous actions of the man, it shows that both of the parties were responsible for the ill-feelings that they possessed for each other; therefore the malevolent manner in which they *punished* each other is unjustifiable.
Traumatic experiences are a factor of life and tend to occur to everyone and everything, and it is natural or one to feel a sense of malevolence against a person who performed a distressing action, however it does not justify the act of extracting revenge in an unlawful manner against that person, as such a response is a form of savagery that threatens the very existence of civility. A civil society cannot exist when it offers impunity to those who commit unlawful acts of revenge due to a traumatic experience that they endured, as it damages the integrity of the law system and renders the nature of the law as a form of hypocrisy that contradicts it's very purpose - to protect the innocent and punish the perpetrators. The onus relies upon the citizen to report any form of injustice to the law enforcement agencies that are responsible for correcting such problems, as no one has the right to take the law their own into their own hands and perform an action that is derived from their malevolent desire to seek *revenge* against another person, as that is a form of savagery.
