Re-catergorising the boards

The current sections contain newspaper articles that could be placed in more than one section. Due to this, I'll be re-catergorising the boards over the next couple of weeks so that forums can be placed within a specific section. Bracketed labels will be attached to the titles of topics to identify their content. For example, topics about under the "Men's Health" forum will be differentiated by discrimination and information: an article about poor funding will probably contain [D] in its title, whereas an informative article on a men's health issue will probably have [RD].
