An 18-year-old Watsonville woman was arrested Tuesday for allegedly stabbing a victim multiple times at a party.

According to Watsonville police, Lesley Garcia stabbed a 17-year-old girl more than 12 times in the lower torso and groin at a May 30 house party on the 300 block of Herman Avenue.

About 12:30 a.m., two girls from separate groups got into a fist fight inside the home. Garcia and her friends were kicked out of the house, but remained outside until partygoers began to leave. The same two girls again started to fight, which is when Garcia and the victim also began fighting, police said. Garcia then reportedly stabbed the girl and fled the area.

The victim was listed in stable condition at Watsonville Community Hospital after being treated for her injuries.

Witness cooperation and the use of high school yearbooks helped police to identify Garcia as the suspect. On June 11, police issued a warrant for her arrest for assault with a deadly weapon, but were initially unable to locate her. Law enforcement officials found Garcia at her home Tuesday and took her into custody.

I've seen several stories about blue gun thugs using high school yearbooks like mug shots to invade the privacy of the people.   High school year books were NEVER intended to be government ID files to own and control the next generation of people.  At least we were never told by the government that our photo books were intended by Big Brother government as state ID books.

Something is seriously wrong when children's school year book is now a Big Brother state ID collection.  Shot on sight for the good of free men.

Blessings

Men's empathy for women seems to be greater than women's empathy for men.

I'm convinced that women think it's worse to upset a woman's feelings than it is to mutilate a man's genitalia.

Excellent statement.  I'm convinced of this fact as well.

Perhaps "worse" is not the correct adjective to sum up how females feel about that comparison.  That would imply that mutilation of men is also viewed as bad though not as bad as hurting a woman's feelings.

Female perspective:

    Hurting a woman's feelings -->  Very bad.

    Mutilation of a man's genitals  -->  Good.  Do it to your own sons.
