Sexuality Issues
Introduction
Men's sexuality (IE. sexual activity and sexual freedom) is limited by legal prejudice and outdated notions on parenting, courtship, masculinity and marriage. The combination of the aforementioned problems can have a profound effect on a man's freedom, choices and social status. The law system's unequal stance on reproductive rights grants women the ability to use conception and child-rearing as a weapon against men.
Reproductive Rights
Abortion and paternity are the main areas of concern for men. The law system's stance on both issues allow women to decide, respectively, who sires children and who is credited with siring children. Abortion grants women the right to use conception as a means of hurting a man, whether it be through the decision to keep a pregnancy he's against, or the termination of a pregnancy he wants. The laws on paternity allow women to name any man as the father of her offspring. A man can contest paternity, but only if he files an application within a specified period of time. Refusal to contest within the allotted timeframe will lead to him having to fufil the legal obligations of a father, regardless of whether he sired the children in question.
Dynamics of Heterosexual Relationships
Society's accepted protocol on courtship, sex and marriage relegates men to the role of beggar and slave.
